Whether you're a hotel guest or a day visitor, our Health Club and Spa offers a comprehensive range of treatments, including Swedish Massage, Facials, Anti-Ageing Facials, Tinting, and Waxing. We also cater to gentlemen, ensuring everyone leaves well-groomed. For expectant mothers, we provide specialized Maternity Massages using our luxurious Body Strategist Massage Oil. Please note, these treatments are available only during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. After your treatment, unwind in our relaxation room, perfect for reading a book or simply enjoying some quiet time.

Our facility spans two floors, equipped with everything you need for a complete fitness and relaxation experience. Upstairs, you'll find a range of cardiovascular and resistance machines with views overlooking our pool. Downstairs, our lower gym is bathed in natural light and filled with free weights and functional equipment—just try not to get distracted by the picturesque lake views.

Monday – Saturday: 08.00am - 8.00pm
Sunday: 10.00am - 5.45pm
Adults Only Hours: 12pm-2pm Monday-Friday, 6pm - 8pm Saturdays
The gym is open from 7am until 11pm every day.
